- Under no circumstances will refunds be issued.

- Any legal claim regarding refunds will be considered void, and attempts to defame our services may result in legal penalties.
2. Account Issues & Support
- If your account stops working, you must contact customer support.
- Response time is usually within 1–48 hours.
- Any days lost due to downtime will be added back to your subscription.
3. Respectful Communication
- We maintain professional and respectful communication with every customer.
- Abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behavior toward customer support may lead to:
- Cancellation of your account, or
- Reduction in your subscription days, without compensation.
4. Special Cases & Delays
- In situations such as mass bans, technical outages, or global issues, replacements may take 48–72 hours or more.
- Lost days will always be compensated in your subscription.
5. Policy Violations
- Any violation of these Terms & Conditions may result in:
- Suspension or termination of your account.
- Legal action if necessary.

- Customers are expected to cooperate respectfully in resolving any such issues.
